Another Liverpool tower
20 Apr 2005
AFL has been commissioned to design a residential tower for Princes Dock, Liverpool. Commissioned by Millennium Estates, the £22million development has been designed to respond to Liverpool’s maritime past and create a landmark feature on the Mersey. The 26-storey tower will contain 201 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom apartments of 515 sq ft, to three-bedroom duplex penthouse apartments of over 1,450 sq ft. The development also includes 396 sq ft of retail or office space and 6-storeys of parking, adding to the practicality of the new homes. AFL previously designed the first residential building at Princes Dock, a £33million twin tower residential scheme for City Loft Developments.
