Lighthouse in 2005
The Lighthouse has some interesting shows in the pipeline, including Archiprix International, the world’s most prestigious student architecture competition, in June. In February and March, The Scottish Show Comes Home will feature work previously shown in Milan and London by 13 leading Scottish-based designers, and new product ranges from the likes of Timorous Beasties and Nord. From 25 March to 7 June, the National Programme for Architecture’s 6,000 Miles will look at Scotland’s changing coastline. Five practices have been invited to examine our relationship with the coast.

Winners of Archiprix International will be announced in Glasgow on 24 June, with an exhibition of shortlisted work running until 7 August. A series of workshops in association with Strathclyde University and the Mackintosh School are scheduled between 23 June and 3 July.
