Liverpool public art project set to officially open
Liverpool public art and landscape project, Threshold to the Ends of the Earth‚ will officially open in January. It forms part of a £60 million regeneration project sited within Liverpool’s business district. The project is the result of collaboration between three Liverpool based design practices, BCA Landscape, Smiling Wolf and Broadbent. One of the features is a morse-code wall, which, when de-coded, says “permission to come alongside”, an illustration of the city’s strong maritime links.
