Provan & Makin get planning

Manchester architect Provan & Makin has received outline planning permission for a mixed-use development for Peakmount Properties close to Manchester city centre, on a site opposite the Royal Infirmary at the heart of the University quarter. The twelve-storey scheme will provide housing for 116 key workers and 350 students, and will also contain 2000 square feet of commercial office and retail space. Work is due to begin on site in November.
