Coodham estate revealed to public
13 Jun 2007
The 200 year old Coodham Estate in Ayrshire has been relaunched to the public following a massive restoration project splitting the house into luxury flats and houses.
The main building has been redeveloped into luxury penthouses and apartments, while the former chapel and the east and west wings have been converted into larger single properties.
Developers Goldrealm Properties aimed to restore the 90-acre country estate to its former glory whilst updating the interiors to more contemporary living environments.
Bill MacLean, Goldrealm's Managing Director, said: "Years of dedicated work has not only reinstated the external restorations...but has created an entirely new interior layout of nine bespoke luxury homes."
