URC seeks development partner
18 Oct 2007
The Irvine Bay Regeneration Company, the Urban Regeneration Company based in North Ayrshire, is looking for a developer partner for a commercial office space development on the ‘fringe’ of Irvine town centre. The six acre site at Annickbank is the first commercial development site to come to the market from Irvine Bay, one of Scotland’s five URCs.
Chief Executive Patrick Wiggins commented: “Our research shows there is a strong demand for small offices ranging from about 140 sq m upwards based in office pavilions for sale or for rent. This site is ideally placed on the fringe of Irvine town centre and has some of the best accessible transport connections in the area.”
