Rem Koolhaas is to design the next Maggie's Centre in Glasgow.

The Dutch architect joins the list of top names such as Richard Rogers, Frank Gehry and former pupil and colleague Zaha Hadid, who have designed hospices for the cancer charity.

The £2.1 million project is to be built close to the new oncology department of Gartnavel hospital.
