The finalists for the 2008 Scottish Home Awards have been announced, featuring thirty five companies across the Scotland.

This is the first year for the awards programme, and has attracted a high level of entries.

An independent judging panel of leading industry figures met last week to judge the submissions. Margaret Curran, MSP and chair of the judging panel, said the judges were impressed with the “high standard” of entries.

Curran said: “The judges have scrutinised the entries and deliberated the merits of each one to agree the finalists and of course the winners. I am delighted that thirty-five housing associations from across Scotland are represented here.”

The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the EICC in Edinburgh on Thursday 10 April. For the full list of the finalists click here.
