BDP opens new office close to St James site

BDP is to open up an office on Edinburgh’s Multrees Walk, a stones throw away from the site of their proposed St James Centre redevelopment.

The practice signed a 10 year lease to occupy the 3,256 square foot of office space on the second floor of the property.

Toby Withall, director at GVA Grimley which acted for BDP, said: “This was an obvious choice for BDP’s new office in Edinburgh being in very close proximity to the St James Quarter project which they are involved in.”
