JLL Broker Patch's Southside Move

Estate agents Patch Property Ltd have opened a new office on Battlefield Road, Glasgow, claiming an increased demand for residential property in the south side of the city has created a need for establishing a presence there.
The letting was brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle, on behalf of Blossom Investments Ltd for a ten year period at a rental of £16,000 per year. The office space comprises 75.7 sq m (815 sq ft ).
Carol Morrison from Jones Lang LaSalle's Glasgow office said: "Patch Property snapped up the office on Battlefield Road within a few weeks of the property being on the market.
"Given the market conditions that the residential property market is facing this letting is a notable expansion highlighting the buoyancy of the Glasgow market."
Patch Property has five other offices in Scotland: Clydebank, Greenock, Paisley, Renfrew and Johnstone.
