Practice Statement

haa design specialises in office design and works primarily with commercial organisations. haa design provides consultancy, space planning, interior design and full architectural services.

As business becomes increasingly competitive and working methods become more sophisticated, so does the relationship between organisations and the buildings they occupy become more important. Overheads require to be contained, technical support systems must be finely tuned and the psychological environment geared towards innovation and change.

haa takes the issues of space occupancy seriously with specific services ranging from building appraisal to post occupancy evaluation. It also believes that working environments can and should be engaging, and that the process of designing an optimum working arrangement is key to the process of agreeing upon and communicating management priorities.

haa draws on successful experience with both local and international organisations and tailors its services to the specific needs of its clients. haa aims to be bold in its innovation while respectful of client priorities.
