2007 BCO ‘Best Small Office Project’ Winner

Station Plaza is located at the junction of Pennyburn Road and Townhead Road in Kilwinning; a key transport node which links North and South Ayrshire on the west coast of Scotland, 30 minutes from Glasgow.

Developed in a joint venture between North Ayrshire Council and The EDI Group, operating as North Ayrshire Ventures, of the project comprises a £2.5m modern purpose built office pavilion.

Completed in 2006 the building meets and exceeds the current BCO Guidelines for Category A Office Space as well as achieving a ‘very good’ BREEAM rating.

On completion the building was let to ‘Accountancy in Bankrupcy’ as part of the nationwide civil service relocation.
