Tile of Spain member Tau Ceramica have collaborated with Pep Torres to create a revolutionary “intelligent floor tile” for security or dieting purposes. The Diet Tile comes equipped with a weight sensor and a microchip which analyses the length of time a person remains on the tile. Once a person remains on the tile for a pre-designated period the tile will sound an audio alarm suitable to the application.
